Physical fitness is an often underestimated component of overall health. From the age of 30 , the body begins to gradually lose muscle mass – without targeted stimuli, this process can amount to approximately 3–8% per decade and accelerate over time.
If complaints persist, movement patterns are restricted , or symptoms such as back pain , joint problems , or decreased resilience occur, a more targeted form of training may be beneficial.
Qi Move understands movement not in isolation, but as part of a larger health context.
The focus is on the interplay of muscles, posture, nervous system and individual resilience.
Based on this foundation, a training program is developed that not only strengthens but also regulates, balances, and considers functional relationships. The goal is to support the body's stability and to improve mobility and resilience in the long term .
